A new production site for 1,600 kitchens per day
A new factory for nobilia, Europe’s leading kitchen manufacturer, was built at Lisdorfer Berg in Saarlouis. gwSaar supported this project right from the outset and developed the site totaling approximately 29 hectares.

Construction of the worldwide largest plant for SiC chips
The US chip manufacturer Wolfspeed is building the world’s largest, most state-of-the-art plant for silicon carbide semiconductors on a former power plant site in Ensdorf. gwSaar is responsible for developing the plot and for the site establishment.
