The buildings of the Eschberger Weg business park were built around 100 years ago as a production site for electric motors. When our group of companies took over the buildings, the site was developed into a business park. With its ideal location in the state capital of Saarbrücken, Eschberger Weg is now a preferred location for companies in the fields of research and development as well as business and financial services.

The GI Am Zunderbaum industrial area in Homburg/Kirkel is the second-largest such area in Saarland at 41 hectares. gwSaar developed this former military depot site and created space for a total of 23 companies with more than 500 employees.
