When our corporate group took over the buildings, the site was transformed into a business park. The GI Am Zunderbaum industrial area in Homburg/Kirkel is the second-largest such area in Saarland at 41 hectares. gwSaar developed this former military depot site and created space for a total of 23 companies with more than 500 employees.
